Job Description
Title: Associate Consultant SAP PP
Location: PAN India and must be willing to relocate to any location.
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory (Preferably BE / B. Tech),
Work Experience: Must have 3 years of experience in Production Planning/Quality Control/Purchase/Inventory Management/Production Control/Material Requirement Planning/Bill of Material/Preventive Maintenance/Shop Floor Production Management/Reduction in Inventory Holding Cost/Handling of Machine Breakdown/Shop Floor Inventory Management.
- Must have 3 years of experience in Production Planning/Quality Control/Purchase/Inventory Management/Production Control/Material Requirement Planning/Bill of Material/Preventive Maintenance/Shop Floor Production Management/Reduction in Inventory Holding Cost/Handling of Machine Breakdown/Shop Floor Inventory Management.
- Prior experience in SAP as an End User / Core User is added advantage.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be willing to relocate to any location across India.
- No written test
- Level-1 – Technical Interview
- Level-2 – HR Interview
About Program
- This is a Career Augmentation Program (CAP), where you will be learning and working in SAP Production Planning (SAP PP), with which you can become an IT Professional (ERP Consultant) and accelerate your career.
- CAP is a full-time, classroom-based, on-premise program spanning 14 to 16 weeks at ZettaMine Office, Begumpet, Hyderabad.
- ZettaMine will invest and sponsor Career Augmentation Program.
- The training will be provided by senior mentors with over 15+ years of experience in the industry.
- Must be ready to sign a service agreement for 26 Months.
- Must be able to join immediately.
- One will be learning SAP PP on ECC 6.0 & S/4 HANA.
I am already trained / certified in SAP, why should I join ZettaMine?
ZettaMine leadership has over 25 years of experience in the SAP Industry, and we understand the market needs deeper, and we have mentors who can mentor associates to be the best fit for the industry. The Career Augmentation Program is unique due to its Job Orientation than just training. Our capability in SAP S/4 HANA is unmatched and we intend to upskill associates both in ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA. Participants of our Career Augmentation Program (CAP) will have the opportunity to understand real-time scenarios as ZettaMine has an SAP Practice, and we are actively involved in SAP Consulting, Implementation and Support apart from training. It is very unlikely that one can get this combination anywhere else.
What are the Hiring Criteria?
Any graduate (preferably B.E / B. Tech). Must have 3 years of experience in Production Planning/Quality Control/Purchase/Inventory Management/Production Control/Material Requirement Planning/Bill of Material/Preventive Maintenance/Shop Floor Production Management/Reduction in Inventory Holding Cost/Handling of Machine Breakdown/Shop Floor Inventory Management.
Who conducts the training and What is the duration of the training?
The training is conducted by SME/Mentors of the ZettaMine team, and the duration of training is around 14 to 16 weeks.
Can I take up this training program while I am working?
No. The sessions are conducted for full day, and hence only associates who can spend full day (6 to 8 working hours) for 14 to 16 weeks will be considered for the training.
Are these sessions Daily, and what about Weekends?
The sessions will be held on a 6-day week basis Monday through Saturday.
Do you have to take assessment tests?
Yes, the learning comes with regular assessments by ZettaMine, and you might have periodic assessments from clients as well.
What are the expectations from the participants with regard to the assessments?
You are expected to fare well in the assessments. Failing to clear the assessments more than 3 times will lead to disqualification from the program and will be considered a breach of the agreement.
Will we be paid during the training?
The training is given to you at Zero-Cost. ZettaMine will be incurring the complete cost of training, which includes the cost of Infrastructure, Trainer/Mentor, and all other direct and indirect overheads. Owing to which we will not be remunerating you during the upskill program. Do note that the training is provided on a Zero-Cost basis to you where in you are not expected to pay anything.
When will I start getting my salary?
ZettaMine will ensure that you are put across for multiple interviews and you are expected to clear the interviews and get onboard. Once you are onboarded on to the payroll you will start getting the salary.
What will be my starting salary?
It will be negotiated at the time when an offer is made to you for joining the Career Augmentation Program of ZettaMine. The compensation will be clearly mentioned in the offer letter.
Do I have to sign any agreements?
Yes, as training is given to you at Zero-Cost, as ZettaMine is incurring the complete cost of training, hence all the associates are expected to undertake a service agreement.
Who all need to sign the agreement?
Along with you, 2 guarantors are expected to sign the agreement, they will have to necessarily be your blood relatives and they will have to share their Aadhar and Pan cards with duly signed soft copies.
Apart from Agreement what are the other documents needed?
One is expected to share the soft copies of their academic & employment certificates.
Academic certificates include 10th, Intermediate/12th/PUC, Graduation & Post-Graduation certificates(Semester wise).
Employment certificates include Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Increment letters, Relieving / experience letters, payslips and bank statements for the duration as claimed by you in your resume.
Is Background Verification done for those joining this program? What documents are needed?
Yes, there is a stringent background verification that happens before onboarding to the program and before deployment with a client post-training.
Would I be given a system (Desktop / Laptop) by ZettaMine during the training period?
As a practice we expect you to bring your own device (Laptop).
Will access be given to ZettaMine’s SAP servers for practice?
Yes, during the training program you will be given access to our internal servers for practice.
How will I get deployed / placed after completion of training?
All associates will have to go through stringent evaluation and interview processes with our clients after the training, after which one will be deployed with a client or for internal opportunities at ZettaMine.
Does ZettaMine have its own internal SAP practice / Does ZettaMine provide SAP Consulting services to Industry / Is ZettaMine currently doing any implementations or Support projects?
Yes, ZettaMine has its own internal SAP practice / we currently have our own Implementation and Support projects.
Would I be considered for projects in ZettaMine?
Yes, you will be considered for projects in ZettaMine. But the decision to onboard you with ZettaMine or one of our clients is completely at the discretion of ZettaMine management.
Would ZettaMine issue us a certificate in SAP?
SAP-SE is the only authorized entity to issue SAP Certification. The industry does not consider any other entity’s certification, hence certification from ZettaMine will not be relevant and will not be issued.
Would ZettaMine bare the SAP certification cost?
If certification is necessary for onboarding onto a project due to client requirements, the associate is expected to incur the cost towards their certification. However, ZettaMine will reimburse the cost incurred towards certification, after 6 months from the date of your onboarding as an SAP Consultant / Associate.
Will I be working on Implementation or Support projects?
The clients of ZettaMine or ZettaMine reserve the right to place you on projects as the situation demands.
Will I be deployed at a location of my choice?
What if, I am unable to join the client place after the training?
If the associate decides not to join the client or is not willing to join at the location given by the client, this will be considered a breach of agreement and will have to abide by the exit clause.
